Request Articles Through Interlibrary Loan (ILL)

Did you find an intriguing article in the "References" section of a scholarly article? Want to read it, but GCC doesn't own a copy of the article? Don't despair! Request an interlibrary loan.

First, sign up for a free Iliad account, using the link below.

Illiad Interlibrary Loan Form

  • Complete the request form using the "photocopy" section of the form.
  • Provide as much information as possible, but most essentially: the journal name, the volume and issue of the journal, and the title of the article.
  • Ask the librarian to help you, if necessary. Incomplete information will delay processing.
  • When your article arrives, you will find it in your Iliad account under "Electronically Received Articles." You will have access to this article for only 30 days so be sure to print or save.
