A guide to best practices, resources, and more on instructional assessment.

Assessment Developers

Who are the Assessment Developers, what do they do, and how can they support me?

The Assessment Developers work with faculty and staff on the development, management, and reporting of student learning outcomes across the institution. They are available to work with individuals or groups to coach assessment efforts. The Developer also serves as a member of the CART leadership team.

The primary function of this role is educational, with the Assessment Developer integral to assessment design, specifically supporting the formative development of assessment plans.

The Assessment Developers are available for one-on-one and group meetings and are working on college-wide training plans.

  • If you need support with any stage of the assessment process, complete the ADAPt form.

  • Invite a Developer to meetings to discuss the assessment process.

  • Participate in the 45-minute Canvas training on Assessment! Self-enroll at https://bit.ly/AssessmentAwarenessTraining
