GENERAL FORMAT:

Last name, First name of Interviewee. Telephone Interview. Date of Interview.

EXAMPLE:

By e-mail

GENERAL FORMAT:

Last name, First name of Interviewee. "Subject line of e-mail." Received by e-mail recipient/interviewer, Date of e-mail.

EXAMPLE:

Smith, Jane. "Re:Food Waste Challenge." Received by Alex Mills, 20 July 2017.

Article

GENERAL FORMAT:

Author(s). "Title of Article." Title of Journal, Volume, Issue, Year, pages.

EXAMPLE:

Brancoli, Pedro, et al. "Life Cycle Assessment of Supermarket Food Waste." Resources, Conservation and Recycling, vol. 118, March 2017, pp. 39-46.

Book

GENERAL FORMAT:

Last Name, First Name.Title of Book. Publisher, Publication Date.

EXAMPLE:

Bloom, Jonathan. American Wasteland: How America Throws Away Nearly Half of its Food (And What We Can Do About It). Da Capo Lifelong Books, 2011.

Website

GENERAL FORMAT:

Editor, author, or compiler name (if available). Name of Site. Version number, Name of institution/organization affiliated with the site (sponsor or publisher), date of resource created or updated (if available), URL, DOI or permalink. Date of access.

EXAMPLE:

EPA: United States Environmental Protection Agency. 26 Jan. 2017, www.epa.gov. Accessed 28 Jan. 2017.

Web page

GENERAL FORMAT:

Provide the author name (if there is not author start with Web page name). "Web page name". Name of Site. Version number, Name of institution/organization affiliated with the site (sponsor or publisher), date of resource creation (if available), URL, DOI or permalink. Date of access (if applicable).

EXAMPLE:
