The Dimensions:
1. Power Distance (PDI)
Definition: This dimension measures how much less powerful members of a society accept and expect that power is distributed unequally.
2. Individualism vs. Collectivism (IDV)
Definition: This dimension refers to the degree to which people in a society are integrated into groups, with a focus on individual goals versus group goals.
3. Masculinity vs. Femininity (MAS)
Definition: This dimension measures the degree to which a culture values traditionally "masculine" traits (such as competitiveness, achievement, and material success) versus "feminine" traits (such as quality of life, relationships, and nurturing).
4. Uncertainty Avoidance (UAI)
Definition: This dimension reflects the extent to which members of a society feel uncomfortable with uncertainty and ambiguity.
5. Long-Term vs. Short-Term Orientation (LTO)
Definition: This dimension reflects whether a culture values long-term planning, perseverance, and future rewards versus short-term focus on immediate results.
6. Indulgence vs. Restraint (IVR)
Definition: This dimension measures the extent to which people in a society indulge in their desires and impulses versus exercising restraint and control over their desire
