Once you are at the Help page, scroll down to the bottom to click on Help Desk.
From here browse for your issue or search for it in the search box.
When you run into issues with NoodleTools, opening it in an incognito browser often fixes issues. To open an incognito or private broswer, hit control + shift + N or use the three dots at the upper right of your Internet broswer and selecte private browser.

Every August 1st, NoodleTools resets all accounts. If you are a returning student, you will need to first log in through your college's EZProxy server HERE for the first time each school year. We recommend opening that link through an incognito browser. Then your account will be automatically revalidated, and you won't need to come back to use this link until next school year.
