There is a request form for in-person and a separate one for online.

We are offering in person instruction along with the following online options:

*Please allow a minimum of one-week notice for customized tutorials, videos, and partnerships. *Options 4 & 5 have ready-made resources that you can use now. 

 

Option 1: Pre-recorded instruction sessions in Canvas (on demand)

Fill out a request form if you are interested in having a Librarian speak directly with your students about a specific topic or assignment via a prerecorded (asynchronous) session.

Option 2: Live virtual or in-person instruction sessions

Fill out a request form if you are interested in having a Librarian speak directly with your students about a specific topic or assignment.

Option 3: Assignments in partnership with librarians

Fill out a request form if you are interested in designing more in-depth collaborations with a librarian to assist students in the research process. This can include helping with individual assignments or semester long (embedded) commitment to your course.

Option 4: Library tutorials and videos in course content

The library is always working to update and add online research tutorials and videos. See what interactive plug and play tutorials that embed in Canvas for a grade and videos we currently have contact us for help finding the tool that works well for your class or if you need more details and information on custom tutorials for your course.

Option 5: Course menu link to a specialized Research Guide

Specialized research guides assist students by focusing on the unique topic and resources for the course or subject. When there is a specialized guide for the class, the Library Resources link in Canvas will automatically direct to that guide. See what Research Guides we already have or Fill out a request form for collaboration on building a Research Guide for your class or assignments.

Option 6: Gather Resources for an Assignment

Help Gather Videos and eResources for an Assignment --The library has a wealth of streaming video and eResources that you can utilize in your Canvas class.
